90 days to fix how your business sells, runs, and operates so, your revenue stops being unpredictable and the business stops needing you for everything.

This is 1:1 strategic advisory. I work with you directly to figure out what’s not working, make the decisions that fix it, and build the structure that keeps those decisions in place so things don’t slide back.

Weeks 1–3: We figure out what’s actually going on.

We go through everything…

your offers, pricing, positioning, messaging, how you deliver, your team, your systems and figure out exactly what’s causing revenue to be inconsistent and keeping you stuck in the middle of everything.

You’ll rexurbs a clear, written breakdown of what’s off and what we’re fixing first.

 

Weeks 4–7: We make the decisions that fix it.

• We restructure your offers so they don’t require you to personally deliver every single thing.
• We fix your pricing so it actually supports the business instead of keeping you chasing the next sale.
• We tighten your content and messaging so the right people show up, not people who need convincing or can’t afford you.

You walk out of this phase with one clear offer, pricing that makes sense, and a way to bring in clients that you can actually see working ahead of time.

 

Weeks 8–12: We build what keeps it in place.

• We write down the decisions your business now runs on and we get clear on who is responsible for what.
• We build the systems (ClickUp, Notion, SOPs) whatever your business actually needs so, when something comes up, your team has a clear answer instead of coming to you.

By the end of this, your business has the structure to run without you being in every detail.
