I could name every trauma. Explain every pattern. I knew my attachment style, my triggers, my astrological chart you name it, but when someone said the wrong thing or I felt abandoned? My body still hijacked me. I'd spiral for hours, sometimes days.
And it was like all that self-awareness meant nothing to my nervous system when I spiraled and lost mind. So, I stopped trying to understand myself better and started learning how to stay in control when my body wanted to react.
