Tips to get your content to convert
Share
Have you been consistently posting content everyday but no one seems to engage or take action?
So you keep trying different types of content pieces...business tips, motivational posts, tiktok trends verbatim, reposting other peoples content, etc.
But nothing works.
There's nothing worse than putting in a lot of hard work for your business and not being satisfied with the results
BUT Failing doesn't automatically equate to a failing business.
Believe it or not a lot of my Clients struggled with this prior to working with me.
They would ask why they aren't they making sales or hitting their goals?
In return I usually ask...
What does your content marketing strategy look like and what content are you posting?
In return they usually say... well I'm not consistent with posting content, but I do post and I have a website but I'm not getting traffic.
If you have a website and the content you're posting directs your customer to your website, but they aren't taking action (i.e. getting on your site)... the audience you're presenting the content to isn't interested in what you're posting.
No. You don't have to post 5 times a day or even everyday BUT you do need to implement a strategy and be consistent.
Also, Being consistent is more than the amount of times you post and times of day that you post.
Being consistent means utilizing a prepared content strategy that can stand on it own based on what you know your customer wants or needs to see.
Oh, and if you Can't post regularly. Please automate your business. |
Your social media content and captions should inspire your audience to take action.
Taking Action could be:
- Liking/Sharing/Commenting
- Following
- Visiting Your Website / Landing Page
- Grabbing Your Free Coupon
- Etc.
Knowing what exactly will spark your audience to take action is the thing you have to figure out when creating content.
Knowing how to connect with your customer, their interests, what exactly they need, problems they need solutions to, information they're missing, etc. Should be considered in your content planning process.
